Enrolment forms: these contain the information given to us by parents when their children enrol for tuition. This usually includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and medical conditions that we may need to be aware of. This is to ensure that we have the relevant details needed for emergency contract, school year and any child protection information that parents/carers wish to share with us.

The collection of this information will benefit users by:

• keeping the students safe
• enabling staff to plan according to age, as well as ability (i.e. preparing for specific examinations)
• ensuring contact can be made with parents/carers in cases of emergency

This information is stored in a locked cabinet. Access to individual pupil-level data will not be open to or shared with third parties.

The information you provide is only available to authorised personnel of At Education Ltd and is stored securely.  If we no longer require your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it in a secure manner.  This is subject to any legal obligations we have to keep information for a certain period of time.
